A Good Friendship

A GOOD FRIENDSHIP IS LIKE A GOOD MEDICINE

A good friendship is like a medicine that we drink when not feeling too well. A Friendship that is committed to honesty, trust and love, and is no different from biological sisters or brothers. This type of friendship is hard to find these days, but it does exist.

 

 

A good friend will help you in good times and bad. Will always be there for you day and night, and does not judge you when you are wrong but gently correct. This friend will give up a lot of things for you as placed self-second. The love and affection are so much that you wish this is your mother’s child.

THE GOOD SHEPHERD

This type of friend put you first in all things and become your light, connected to you, knows all your steps and just there for you as a guardian angel. Every day, you say thank you and thank you to this best friend. He/she takes a risk for you, shield you and protect you like a mother would protect your child. Above all,  sincere, honest, non-judgemental, patience, good advise and tolerance, comforting words. This good friend has a listening ear to you and supportive. He/she goes to any length with you and never tired or complain. You are kept happy and cheerful.

 

It shows that some people are still out there searching for someone to become their best friend. These gentle souls are always there and make things straight and smooth. When no one else cares they do, and where no one else would be there, they are. They pray for your success, safety in all that you do. It takes one phone call. They are there at your doorstep at any hours of the day.

CARING FOR HUMANITY

No word can describe how much we thank these people. We say thank you for the companionship provided, for the protection, for being a good friend that worths more than a diamond. What then do we give back in return? Nothing actually to give back but to endeavour to do same to another person that we meet either on our way going up or coming down the hill. It is good to be generous to humanity in whichever way that we can. Life is good and cannot be complete without the kindness of humans to another.

The Organ Kidneys

THE ORGAN KIDNEYS

The organ kidneys are essential to look after thoroughly. They perform many numerous functions and represents crucial factors that keep us alive. The kidneys are two bean-shaped organs in the renal system of our body. Each is about the size of our fist. The organ is near the middle of our back, just below the rib cage. The kidneys are known to be trash collectors. The kidneys help our body to pass waste such as urine. They also help to filter our blood. Once the blood is filtered, the organ sends the purified blood back to the heart.

 

The kidneys are essential organs to look after thoroughly. They perform many numerous functions and represents crucial factors that keep us alive. The kidneys ensure that the overall fluid balance in our body is well maintained and adequate. They also create hormones that help produce red blood cells, promote bone health, and regulate our blood pressure. Regulating and filtering mineral from our blood system, filtering waste products from food, medications and toxic substances. Every day our kidneys, process about 200 quarts of blood to sift out about 2 quarts of waste products and extra water.

HOW TO KEEP YOUR KIDNEYS HEALTHY

Kidneys are vital organs to our overall health; it is essential to look after them. Hydration is necessary by drinking plenty of fluid. Enough fluid we drink will help our kidneys to function well. The urine output and frequency should be reasonable and with standard colour appearing transparent. Besides, colour appearing dark or darker this may be a sign of dehydration. Therefore, more fluid intake is necessary to avoid kidney infection. It is also essential to drink enough water when the weather is hot, during and after exercises, to count for the loss fluid through sweating.

DIET

We should try to keep a balanced diet to ensure all the vitamins and minerals achieved. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, whole wheat, pasta, bread and rice and other interests. You can avoid fatty and salty food if you can.

BLOOD PRESSURE

Keep an eye on your blood pressure, if in any doubt, visit your local General Practitioner (GP). Everyone has different blood pressure measurement, however, ideally, 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg.

 

Overall, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial to good health, and controlling smoking level, and if able to stop completely would be beneficial in keeping good health. Keep a check on alcohol consumption. Smoking and alcohol are no good to blood pressure because high blood pressure equally affects the heart, similarly, leading to Neurological clinical conditions.

 

Exercise when you can within a week, perhaps 100-200 minutes a week. Exercises such as fast walking, cycling, swimming, walking dogs in the morning and evening.  Different types of exercise classes, such as dancing, yoga, singing, among others.
